Professor Binghao Zhao is a globally renowned expert in commercial law, financial technology and digital law. He holds a Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Currently, he serves as the Director of the Law and Fintech Institute at China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) and associate professor of law at the School of Civil and Commercial Law of CUPL.
