Jingshan Chen

Jingshan Chen is a female professor at the School of Civil and Commercial Law of China University of Political Science and Law. She received her undergraduate degree from China University of Political Science and Law and her PhD from Waseda University in Japan. Her research focuses on business law (company law, securities law, insurance law, and bankruptcy law). She is also a director of the China Insurance Law Society.
